The Cyclone features an ultra precision metering valve, which assures particles under 20 microns regardless of viscosity of material or flow rate. Every Dyna-Fog® electric ULV cold aerosol spray mist applicator includes the full benefit of an ultra low volume method of dispensing oil-based chemical or water formulations. With over 25 years’ experience in the science and technology of the application of aerosols, Curtis engineers deliver all the data and tools necessary to accurately determine particle sizes and dispersal flow rates. Also included with each unit is a unique Curtis Viscometer, which is used to determine and measure the viscosity of the chemicals a user plans to disperse. The viscosity measurement is then matched to a chart provided in the user’s manual, allowing for precise control valve settings based on formulation output and particle size, the result being assuring proper compliance with label requirements and less waste of chemicals.
